Agreement

In order for us to issue the trial license we need your consent on the below terms.
Please read the following document, fill out the form, and click "Agree and move to next page".
If you can not agree, we will be unable to process your request due to NEC's export regulations.
Your request will be process in 7 to 10 business days.

[Assurance]

We hereby assure you that ordered commodities, their replicas and/or technologies (including technical data and software), which are released from NEC Solution Innovators, Ltd. ("NES") shall be applied to development of devices for commercial use only and shall not be applied to dual use relating to conventional arms, nor mass destruction weapons such as nuclear, chemical and biological weapons or missiles.

We assure you that we will not re-export the ordered commodities, their replicas and/or technologies (including technical data and software), which are released from NES, without the prior written approval of NES.

Furthermore we assure you that none of following applies to our company.

  • Has been developing weapons of mass destruction or will in the future.
  • Has developed weapons of mass destruction in the past.
  • Researches nuclear source materials/nuclear fusion.
  • Develops atomic reactor.
  • Manufactures heavy-water.
  • Processes nuclear source materials.
  • Has reprocessed in the past or is reprocessing nuclear fuel.
  • Is involved in or was involved in research on chemicals, microorganisms, toxins, genes, rockets, pilotless planes or aerospace under military or national defense related organization contract.
